Proposals Due: Friday, June 30, 2023 at 5:00 p.m.
Northwest Harris County Municipal Utility District 24 (“NWHC MUD 24” or “District”) is requesting proposals from qualified Management Companies to provide General Manager services for the District, including but not limited to the following:
- Available during normal business hours to serve as the primary point of contact
for District Residents and help resolve any issues related to services provided by
the District. - Perform administrative duties related to the maintenance of the District, such as
checking the District’s email, corresponding with District Residents and working
with District Consultants as necessary. - Provide general oversight and daily maintenance of the District’s Recreational
Facilities Area. - Assist District Residents with registration and payment to the District’s
Recreational Facilities Area.
