Northwest Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 24 (“NWHC MUD 24”) is responsible for the purchase and operation of facilities necessary to supply and distribute water; collection, disposal, and treatment of wastewater; and also gathering and control of stormwater. NWHC MUD 24 utilizes technology to be innovative and maintain a focus on the community as we pledge to be good stewards of the district’s resources.
