TO THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF NORTHWEST HARRIS COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 24 AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS:
Notice is hereby given that Northwest Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 24 (the “District”) will hold a Directors Election within and for the District on May 2, 2026 (the “Election”) between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm for the purpose of duly qualified resident electors voting for two (2) directors. The Election Day Polling Place is the Northwest Harris County MUD No. 24 Administration Building, 14448 Hollister Street, Houston Texas, 77066.
The District’s website is www.nwhcmud24.com.
Early voting by personal appearance shall be conducted at the Main Early Voting Polling Place; Northwest Harris County MUD No. 24 Administration Building, 14448 Hollister Street, Houston, Texas 77066. Early voting by personal appearance shall be conducted at the Main Early Voting Polling Place on the following days and times:

The Early Voting Clerk’s phone number is 713-398-1268.
ABBM’s and Federal Post Card Applications must be received by the Early Voting Clerk no later than the close of business on Tuesday April 28, 2026.
For the purposes of this Election, the Election Day and Main Early Voting Polling Place shall be deemed a public place during polling hours.
Only qualified registered voters of the District shall be entitled to vote at the Election.
Such Election shall be held and conducted and returns made to the Board of Directors of the District in accordance with the Texas Election Code, as modified by Chapters 49 and 54, Texas Water Code, as amended.
