Activities Building Rental Request Form

The Activities Building is available for rent for Northwest Harris County MUD No. 24 Residents Only. In order for any Requested Event Date to be confirmed, the following form must be submitted and approved, all applicable costs, deposits and fees paid, and a signed Rental Agreement between the Applicant and the District. Please read all applicable requirements, rules and policies before completing the form below. Once submitted, you will receive a response within one business day. Any event that has not completed the above referenced process is not considered authorized by the District.

    *Maximum event availability is 4 Hours.


    *Any event over 35 people requires Security Personnel.


    *Any event with alcohol requires Security Personnel.

    WAIVER OF LIABILITY

    THE UNDERSIGNED (APPLICANT) HEREBY MAKES APPLICATION FOR USE OF THE NORTHWEST HARRIS COUNTY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 24’S ACTIVITIES BUILDING (THE DISTRICT) ON THE DATE OR DATES INDICATED. THE APPLICANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THE DISTRICT DOES NOT, BY ALLOWING RENTAL AND USE OF DISTRICT FACILITIES, ASSUME AND RESPONSIBILITY TO THE APPLICANT, APPLICANT’S EMPLOYEES, GUEST, OR INVITEES. THE APPLICANT, ON BEHALF OF THE APPLICANT, ITS EMPLOYEES, GUESTS, INVITEES, ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND WAIVES AND CLAIM FOR COMPENSATION FOR ACCIDENTAL INJURY, PROPETY DAMAGE, OR DEATH RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THE ACTIVITES BUILDING, AND AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE DISTRICT, ITS DIRECTORS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONSULTANTS, WHETHER PAID OR VOLUNTEER, FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS LIABILITIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, COSTS, EXPENSESL DEMANDS AND CAUSES OF ACTON OF ANY KIND AND CHARACTER OCCURRING OR ANY INCIDENT IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE BY APPLICANT, ITS EMPLOYEES, GUESTS OR INVITEES, WHICH MAY ARISE OUT OF APPLICANT’S USE OF THE DISTRICT’S ACTIVITES BUILDING. THE APPLICANT HAS READ AND AGREES TO ABIDE BY THE DISTRICT’S RULES AND REGULATIONS CONCERNING USE OF THE DISTRICT’S RULES AND REGULATIONS CONCERNING USE OF THE DISTRICT’S ACTIVITIES BUILDING.

    *Failure to follow any of the District’s policies may result in forfeiture of all or part of the cleaning and damage deposits, fees, and cancellation of the reservation. All current District policies apply to the use of the Northwest Harris County Municipal Utility District No. 24 Activities Building and any related facilities.
