Pursuant to Texas Open Meetings Act Section 551.007, the District provides an opportunity at the beginning of each meeting, for members of the public who desire to address the body regarding an item on the agenda for an open meeting. Any person interested in speaking during the time designated for public comment must notify NWHCMUD No. 24, by 1:00 p.m. on the day of the Board of Directors meeting. Speakers will have two (2) minutes to give their remarks. Please submit the following form.

Pursuant to Section 551.042 and 551.042 of the Texas Open Meetings Act:
The Board of Directors may, but are not required, to respond to a public comment related to an agenda item. For any inquiry made related to items not on the agenda, the Board is not required to respond, and is only permitted to make a limited response of specific factual information or a recitation of existing policy. No deliberation or decision making about the subject matter of the inquiry will occur at the meeting. Such matter may be placed on a future agenda if so determined by the board.
